Welcome to SEE3 Driving School! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related content ("Services") provided by SEE3 Driving School, based in London, UK ("us", "we", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 17 years old, hold a valid provisional driving licence issued by the UK Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), and be legally eligible to drive in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility and providing accurate information about your driving history and licence status.

3. Services

We provide driving instruction services for learner drivers in the London area. Our Services may include, but are not limited to, in-car instruction, theory test preparation, and practical driving test preparation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change at our discretion. Payment for our Services must be made in advance, and we accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. No refunds will be issued for any prepaid lessons or packages unless otherwise specified in these Terms or required by law.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson. If you fail to provide sufficient notice, you will be charged the full fee for the scheduled lesson. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor illness, vehicle breakdown, or adverse weather conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson at a mutually convenient time.

6. Conduct and Safety

You are expected to behave in a responsible, courteous, and safe manner during driving lessons. We reserve the right to terminate a lesson if you engage in any illegal activity, dangerous behaviour, or fail to follow the instructor's directions. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and we may, at our discretion, refuse to provide further services.

7. Liability and Insurance

We maintain appropriate motor vehicle insurance for our driving instruction vehicles. However, we are not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other losses that may occur during the use of our Services, except to the extent required by law. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate personal insurance coverage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during driving lessons, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SEE3 Driving School or its content suppliers and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of our content without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
